The Worst of Upgrades

Shortly after the upgrade rollout I emailed the station with my concerns regarding how horrible the app had become. I received what seemed like a canned response saying, "we appreciate input from many, many, users and have not only listened but are fixing ....." That was two weeks ago. So who are they listening to? Obviously not reading the reviews. This was my most frequently used app. If the station doesnt care about their product, neither do I. Today is the day I delete the app. While not local, Ive found AP and Reuters have great news formats. Ill keep checking the reviews in hopes they get a clue.
